>That’s Gabriel Garcia Marquez, author of 100 Years of Solitude and Love in a Time of Cholera. Its 1976 and he’s sporting a shiner after being punched by Mario Vargas Llosa, a fellow literary master. No one really knows what happened and why but like Marquez here, I find the whole concept of the passionate intelligentsia trading actual physical blows hilarious.

High Five!
