Some of this pigs at the trough greed is quite something. What is even more galling is the MPs stance. It’s within the rules we are told. I haven’t broken the rules, others argue. The distance between politicians and their taxmasters has never been wider and the accountability is seemingly non-existent. After all, the office who deals with the public expenditure naturally has no real power of inquiry. Why would it? It was set up by the same swine who are cashing in bills ranging from a drink to dredging their moat. Wankers.
