A good article linked here concerning the recent Twitter-super-injunction debate after the Ryan Giggs debacle (who it now turns out was also sleeping with his brother’s wife). I personally disliked the use of the courts to suppress information in political or personal matters but the threat by Giggs to sue the over 75,000 Twitter users who name him was an abuse of his wealth and led to an amazing ‘I’m Spartacus’ response (though admittedly anonymously!).  What was in fact merely his pathetic personal failings turned from forgettable gossip to a threat to my freedom of speech and a political debate. At that point, Giggs had lost me and turned into an arrogant fool. Guess he’s lost a lot recently. Indignity and trust take far longer to recover than a lost cup final.
